Soft Cheese Knife (middle) is a cleverly-designed implement that lets you cut through soft cheese without squashing it; you serve the cheese on the kife's blade, 8.7" long.
Double-pointed knife (bottom) uses one side for cutting, the other side for picking up,8.7" long.
